THE FUN MACHINE

That was printed at the sides of the box where it came. I remember my dad take us, me and my brother, to the mall because we wanted a videogame console really bad at that time, and he couldn't stand more time hearing how we beg him. It was a long time ago, I was like 12 years old. So we came to the shop and bought the last, really the last one! The salesman sold it to us very cheap, because he said it was discontinued at that time, due the new generation of consoles. That's how I had got my first videogame console ever, the Nintendo 64.

Isn't it cute?
It was originally released in 1996 by Nintendo, it was the succesor of the Super Nintendo and the first Nintendo console with 3D graphics. Man! I was amazed by the graphics of their games, even when at the time I bought it were consoles with better graphics in the market. It was my first videogame console! With 3D graphics!
Then I started to play games with friends, like Super Smash Bros. or Mario Kart 64. We used to hang out only for playing with this console all day long. And we didn't get bored!
I sitll have it now, and I keep collecting games and stuff for it. I think I won't sell it even for one million dollars, I really love it.
Well, that's all. See ya!

Free for all!

Hi guys! I hope you're doing well. Today I'm gonna talk about a videogame that really drove me nuts back in the day. I'm sure you may know it, but here I leave you a clue

The european cover of the game.
I'ts Super Smash Bros for the Nintento 64. I started playing it since I was 12 years old and it's easily my favorite game ever. So I can tell I have this game for almost a decade. I'ts really old but really fun to play.
Super Smash Bros it's the first game of the series, it's a fighting game full of dynamics, and the fun fact is that it reunites most of the Nintendo videogame characters in one fun game, ready to kick ass to each other. I spent most of my childhood at that time playing it with friends, we were like five or six guys but everyone could play it easily because it alloys up to four players to play. So we hadn't to wait so long for our turn to play.
At that time I was really addicted to Nintendo stuff. And discovering a game like this just get me super excited because of the characters. I really liked to play with Pikachu or Kirby and kick my friend's asses.
As I said before, it was the first game of the series. Two years later, in year 2001, Nintendo released Super Smash Bros. Melee for the Gamecube. And later than that, in 2008, was released Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii, the third game of the series. I have all of them at the moment, and all of them are really fun, but I still prefer the first, it gave me a lot  of fun memories. And I still keep playing it!
Here I leave you guys the introduction of the game, it still gives me goosebumps.

See ya!

Ya' know fellas...

Today I'm gonna tell you about a person I don't exactly admire, but I really like his work and style in films I've seen by him.

Spike Jonze is a north american film and music video director and producer. He has directed plenty of music videos by bands I like, like Sonic Youth or Beastie Boys. Also, he has directed various shortcuts and a few documentaries, like Amarillo by Morning. He was also creator of Jackass, and he produced the show and the movies.
I started to like him after discovering he directed some skateboarding videos I liked a lot, like Lakai's Fully Flared and Yeah Right!. What I like about his style is that he combines fantasy, humor and sometimes romance with attractives characters in every of his films, that results very enjoyable to me. Even in his skateboarding videos he puts some of this fantasy, something that's not very common on this kind of videos.
Well, that's all for now. Here I leave you guys some of his stuff.
See ya'!

CHILLIN' WITH OFF!

Hi everyone, it's me again. Today I'm gonna talk about a freaking amazing band I discovered two years ago, hope you like it as I do.

The band I discovered was OFF!, and I'm glad I discovered at that time.
OFF! is a punk rock supergroup formed by ex members of Redd Kross, Burning Brides, Rocket From The Crypt and Circle Jerks lead singer Keith Morris. They formed in late 2009 and started kickin' ass since then.
Their style of music is similar to Keith's past bands Circle Jerks and Black Flag, characterized by fast tempos, screamed furious lyrics and songs that don't last more than two minutes.
I discovered them by a Red Hot Chili Peppers video, where Anthony Kiedis and Josh Klinghoffer set a playlist of songs by differents groups they liked, where OFF! was amongst them. Then I watched the video of their song "Darkness" and I absolutely liked them since the very first second of the song.
I liked them because I think they are doing a lot for refounding was punk rock was about. It's not about Fashion, it's about bringing raw to the music and shows, about simple song structures and about the attitude a band must show throught them.
And for finishing, here I leave you my favorite song by them played live. It's called "Full Of Shit" and it only lasts 35 seconds, but I guarantee they will be the best 35 seconds you'll spend in your life.
Enjoy and listen to OFF!
